These House Rules apply to all educational events organized by the Borkollégium team, including, but not limited to:

1. Participation in Borkollégium courses is at the Participant's own risk. During the course, Participants are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, generally accepted standards of conduct, the applicable General Terms and Conditions, these House Rules, and any additional rules that may apply to specific courses.

2. In particular, the Organizer requests that Participants refrain from loud or disruptive behaviour, unwanted physical contact, offensive conduct of any kind, and act with due care towards the venue, its cleanliness, and fellow Participants. Participants must refrain from any conduct, communication or action that may infringe upon or endanger the personal rights, life, health, or physical integrity of others.

3. Participants shall be liable for any damage they cause to the venue or to its furnishings, equipment, or other property.

4. Participants acknowledge that they are required to follow all instructions, restrictions, and warnings communicated by the Organizer or members of the Borkollégium staff. The Organizer and Borkollégium staff are entitled to take appropriate measures to ensure compliance with these House Rules and with applicable laws. Upon request by the Organizer or its staff, Participants must immediately cease any conduct that violates these House Rules or applicable legislation.

Participants whose behaviour disrupts the course may be removed from the venue and shall not be entitled to any refund or compensation for the part of the course they are unable to attend as a result of their conduct.

Participants must cooperate with any security personnel appointed by the Organizer. The Organizer shall not be directly liable for the activities of the contracted security service; the legal relationship between the Organizer and the security provider shall be governed by the agreement concluded between them.

Where a breach of these House Rules also constitutes a violation of applicable law, the person responsible for such conduct shall bear all legal liability and any resulting legal consequences.

5. Participants must leave the venue no later than the published end time of the course. Borkollégium staff will remind Participants accordingly. Anyone who fails to comply may be required to leave the premises.

6. Any commercial, business, promotional, or advertising activity during the course is prohibited without the Organizer's prior permission. Political or similar organizational activities are also prohibited.

7. Participants are expected to wear attire appropriate to the occasion. The dress code is business casual.

Participants arriving in inappropriate attire may be denied entry or asked to leave the venue.

Persons under the influence of illegal drugs or wearing inadequate clothing shall not be admitted.

Participants who are denied entry or removed from the course under this provision shall not be entitled to any refund or compensation.

8. Wine tastings are conducted exclusively using the glassware provided by the Organizer.

9. The Organizer restricts the items that may be brought onto the course premises.

In particular, it is prohibited to bring narcotic drugs, pyrotechnic devices, glass objects, umbrellas, explosive, toxic or flammable materials, firearms, knives, butterfly knives, switchblades, pepper spray, batons, telescopic batons, metal chains longer than 50 cm, throwing stars, slingshots, or any other items classified under applicable Hungarian legislation as posing a particular risk to public safety (currently Government Decree No. 175/2003 (X.28.)).

Participants may bring alcoholic beverages onto the premises only with the Organizer's prior express permission.

Pets are not permitted, except for guide dogs and therapy dogs.

As an exception, small pets may be allowed with the Organizer's prior approval.

If you intend to attend with a guide dog or therapy dog, please contact the Organizer before the course.

10. Smoking, the use of electronic cigarettes, and any electronic devices that imitate smoking are prohibited during the course. Bringing fire or explosion hazards into or around the buildings is also prohibited.

11. Littering is prohibited. Waste must be disposed of only in the designated waste bins.

12. Please be considerate of others. Keep your mobile phone on silent mode during the course and avoid conversations that may disturb other Participants.

13. Photographs, audio recordings, and video recordings may be made during Borkollégium courses, in which Participants may appear.

By participating in the course, Participants consent to the recording and use of their image, appearance, and statements. Participants shall only be identified by name with their express consent. Public figures may be identified without such consent where permitted by law.

The creator of such recordings acquires an exclusive, transferable, unlimited right of use with respect to the Participant's appearance, without limitation as to territory, duration, or method of use.

The Organizer is entitled, without restriction, to use, reproduce, publish, adapt, distribute, communicate to the public, and otherwise exploit such recordings, particularly for the promotion of its courses, including recordings made by other Participants, without any obligation to provide compensation to the Participant.

Participants may make photographs and audio or video recordings during the course solely for personal use. Such recordings may only be made using image or audio recording equipment integrated into personal telecommunications devices (such as mobile phones or tablets) or with non-professional photographic equipment.

Participants may not sell or commercially exploit such recordings, whether for payment or free of charge. They may not publish or communicate them to the public for commercial purposes, may not identify persons appearing in the recordings without their consent, and must respect the personality rights and privacy of others.

The Organizer expressly disclaims any liability for breaches of these provisions committed by other Participants.

14. The Organizer accepts no responsibility for valuables brought to the course.

Lost property may be handed in at the Borkollégium office, and Participants are requested to enquire there regarding lost items.

Found items may be collected at the Borkollégium office (1067 Budapest, Podmaniczky Street 31, 1st floor, Unit 7) until 5:00 p.m. on the seventh day following the course, during the office opening hours specified in the contact information.
