Discover the art of wine tasting! This programme provides an introduction to the world of professional wine evaluation. Participants learn how a wine expert works, what they look for, and how wines can be “objectively” scored. Through 4–6 carefully selected wines, they get to know the basics of identifying aromas and flavours, supported by playful quizzes and mini-tasks that make learning enjoyable.

2. Pair Like a Sommelier
The harmony of wine and food, made fun. This programme focuses on flavours: participants discover how wine reacts to sweet, salty, sour, bitter and umami tastes. We taste interactively (e.g. with small bites or spices) and explore what happens when pairings are done well—or poorly. By the end, everyone will understand why a light white wine works with fish, why a full-bodied red complements steak, and how to create exciting food pairings even when bending the rules.

3. Identify Like a Wine Expert
Blind tasting, team challenge and wine experience from a new angle. One of the most exciting challenges in the wine world: recognising what’s in the glass when you don’t know what you’re drinking. This package starts with a short, easy-going introduction to basic grape varieties and wine styles, followed by a blind tasting where teams can test their sensory skills—guessing the wine’s variety, origin and vintage. Black glasses, surprising discoveries and plenty of laughter are guaranteed. With expert guidance, we explore what a wine’s colour, aromas and body reveal.
